In Beast of Reincarnation, you’ll need to eat all the time to keep both Emma and Koo in tip-top shape. When your ‘hunger meter’ is full, you’ll regenerate HP much more effectively. With that said, you’ll find yourself needing to ‘farm’ food all the time, but what are the best methods for doing so?

Maximize Your Food Buffs in Beast of Reincarnation
Beast of Reincarnation features a plethora of food items that you’ll collect as you venture around the world. It starts with simple things like rice, fish, and rations, which you’ll uncover just as you explore the semi-open-world environments around you. As you run around with Koo, you’ll see various food items pinged on the map and in the distance.
However, these are basic elements and might not do much for your fullness, which is something you’ll want to keep high to ensure your health pool regenerates effectively.
Truth be told, you won’t get stacks of food in your inventory until you level up the Cleanse Walker and build a better relationship with Kagura, the young girl accompanying you on your journey.
As you work through Beast of Reincarnation, you’ll introduce stacks of recipes to Kagura, which you’ll find in the world as you explore your adventure. Kagura can ‘research’ these recipes while you play the game, eventually unlocking more powerful and potent meals that you can cook at any point (when in the Cleanse Walker).
Additionally, you can use the Cleanse Walker’s growth facilities to grow vegetables, fruits, and other food items, using incubators and animal containers to generate even more food. These can be upgraded using facility modules and other critical components.
Before long, you’ll have more food than you can handle, and the superior recipes you’ve unlocked for Kagura will keep Emma and Koo well fed for the duration of the game.
