The next game in the long-running Tropico series has been announced as Tropico 7 is heading to console and PC in 2026.
In a short reveal trailer during the Xbox Gamescom showcase, it was announced that Tropico 7 will be available for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will also be available day one on Xbox Game Pass.
“Get rich or die trying! In Tropico 7, you step into El Presidente’s shiny boots again to build your island nation and – literally – move mountains,” the game’s description reads. “As glorious leader you guide your loyal citizens (and your Swiss Bank Account) through the ages toward untold prosperity.”
No other details about the game were revealed. Nor was it mentioned when more information will be announced.
