A Titanfall 3 sequel is one of the most requested and wanted follow-ups on the planet. A recent leak suggested the once-thought-canceled project is back on track, but now a fresh report indicates Titanfall 3 is actually nearly complete.
UPDATE: According to journalist Jeff Grubb, the claims that Titanfall 3 is “almost complete” along with the planned features are “not real”.
It hurts getting your hopes up just to be let down, so take this latest development with all the salt a single pinch can hold. We’ve all been here before with Titanfall 3, yes, and it was widely reported by an ex-developer that Titanfall 3 was in development for 10 months before being canceled.
But we recently heard whispers and rumors that Titanfall 3 might still be in development and heading for 2026. Fast forward to April 9, and a new report claims that not only does the game exist, but the Titanfall 2 successor is almost finished.
Titanfall 3 Release Feels Closer Than Ever

X Leaker Osvaldatore claims Titanfall 3 is “Almost complete” and has described many features to expect from the new shooter. The source is considered a reliable Apex Legends Leaker, making ties and connections to the Titanfall franchise logical and promising.
Osvaldatore has this to say on Titanfall 3 and potential content:
- Unreal Engine 5
- Almost complete
- Singleplayer campaign
- Live service (with Battle Passes)
- Main mode: Extraction
- Other modes: TDM, Control, Arenas, “all Titanfall 2 classic modes”
- Some returning Apex characters
- Weather system
This is all huge news, and we’re struggling to contain our excitement too. Titanfall 2’s Campaign was legendary and easily one of the best in FPS history. The multiplayer content arguably outshone the single-player adventure, and it shows how strong the game was.
If we can get all of this along with a cool Apex Legends crossover, then we might be back.

Honey! Where’s my wallet!?
This is a game I’d pay $80+ for.
Funny joke, but this is the very last leak I would believe at this point
why is it not on source 2?
Extraction as main mode sounds like bs, every Titanfall vet knows Attrition was the best default mode.
