Fans of The Division 2 won’t have to wait too much longer for the release date of the game’s next DLC.
As first reported on Insider Gaming Weekly: A Video Game Podcast by Tom Henderson, the next DLC for The Division 2, which is called Battle for Brooklyn, is expected to release sometime towards the end of May.
“From what I’ve heard, it’s not a big DLC,” Henderson said. “It’s probably going to be the smallest one in the franchise and they’re planning to sell that one for $15 as well.”

Originally planned for 2024, Battle for Brooklyn was delayed into early 2025 as part of Year 6. In January 2025, however, it was then pushed outside of Year 6. With Year 7 right around the corner, it seems as though the new story DLC will be around the kick off of they year.
Ubisoft is set to announce more on The Division 2’s upcoming DLC on Wednesday, April 23. Insider Gaming will have full coverage of the reveal with all of the news you need to know about.
In addition to continued work on The Division 2, Ubisoft has confirmed in the past that The Division 3 is in development. There has been no information as to when players should expect the next installment in the franchise—and things could always change with the uncertainty surrounding the company—but the last update was that it was going to happen.
