Escape from Tarkov has a new gift bundle to claim, and this one exists in celebration of the Lunar New Year, which lands today, February 17. It’s a handsome little bundle that applies to both PvE and PvP players, which is nice.
However, unlike Escape from Tarkov codes, you cannot claim this gift through the launcher and have to take a different path. By doing this, you might end up like me and realize that you missed your New Year’s gift that was offered at the start of January 2026. So, let’s dive in and determine how to claim the latest Escape from Tarkov gift.
Lunar New Year Bundle Available in Tarkov for Free
Battlestate Games has listed a new gift bundle in Escape from Tarkov for both PvP and PvE players, and it includes:
- 1 x AK-308 rifle
- 1 x UZI PRO SMG
- 2 x Red Flare
- 2 x GoldenStar
- 150 x 9mm Green Tracer
- 60 x 7.62x51mm M62
- 3 x AK-308 magazines
- 3 x UZI PRO 32-rnd magazines
- 3 x Alyonka chocolate
- 3 x Horse Statue
- 2 x Survival Lighter
To unlock the Lunar New Year Gift, you’ll need to log into escapefromtarkov.com and access your profile page. From there, you can navigate to the gift screen to click and claim the gift bundle. That’s all that’s needed, and while you’re there, you might notice that there are other gift bundles ready to claim.
From there, you’ll need to boot the game, and as always, look out for the delivery from SYSTEM in your message tab. This is where you can drag the Lunar New Year gift bundle into your Tarkov stash and make good use of it.
It’s a good idea to keep checking the gift portion of the Tarkov website regularly. I didn’t, and I never realized my New Year’s gift included a Holodilnik food storage bag, which I went out and bought just a few days ago. I now have two Holodilnik bags and not enough food to fill them!
