StarSeries Fall 2026 features only eight teams over four days, resulting in a relatively simple format where the entire event is played in one double-elimination bracket.

Prize Pool:
The prize pool for StarSeries Season 20 is $500,000, split evenly between player prize money and Club Share.
The winner of the event will net $200,000, $100,000 of which will be player prize money. Not too bad for four days of work.

StarLadder StarSeries Season 20 will be played in the StarLadder studio in Barcelona. The studio has been home to several Stake Ranked Tier 2 LAN events, organized by StarLadder.

StarLadder StarSeries Season 20 will be live on StarLadder’s official Kick Channel. There’s only one match at a time, so there’s no need for a B-stream in this instance.
StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 Predictions
StarLadder StarSeries Season 20 may be small in terms of the team list, but that doesn’t mean the event comes without pressure for the teams involved.
Failure at an event of this stature could pile on the pressure for these rosters as the season gradually turns its focus to the PGL Singapore Major.
In that sense, no team is under more pressure than NAVI, whose abject start to the season has resulted in the roster plummeting in the Valve Regional Standings.
Currently sitting at Number 13 in the live VRS projections, the roster is at risk of having to enter the Major at an early stage, and with so few wins under their belt this year, their progression through the tournament would be in doubt.
After their humiliating exit to Legacy at EWC 2026, NAVI coach Andrii ‘B1ad3’ Horodenskyi told Insider Gaming, “For now, we just keep playing.
“We will keep playing the season, because we built a lot of material in bootcamp, and I think we have a good opportunity to start the season. The first three tournaments, let’s see how it goes and what it will bring us.“
That third tournament has now come; the team must deliver now as pressure grows for the roster. Anything but a positive result here would only increase the already critical pressure on the roster to make changes, not after Singapore but immediately.
FURIA may feel similarly, but with a different overall context. The roster clearly desires to give Gabriel ‘FalleN’ Toledo a final trophy, but cannot find the 2025 form that saw FURIA lift four titles before the StarLadder Budapest Major.
FURIA may be seeing this event as one with a lower barrier to lifting a title, but the roster has played the most Counter-Strike of any Tier 1 team, only returning from China, where they opted to play Fissure Playground 3.
FURIA lost in groups to Legacy there, facing another regional clash against MIBR in the opening match.
As for tournament favorites, MOUZ and Vitality seem best placed to lift the trophy. Vitality are expected to play with their full roster again after William ‘mezii’ Merriman welcomed his second child to the world, missing BLAST Porto.
The roster will soon lose veteran IGL Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire as he becomes a father for the first time, so making hay while the full roster is available will be a key target for the team.
Vitality’s edge against MOUZ fell by the wayside as Vitality played with a stand-in, while MOUZ ended as BLAST Porto runners-up. The roster will be confident, after one trophy this season and another Grand Final, that they are the form team of the competition, but with mezii returning, would they be able to topple Vitality’s era-defining five?
