It happened – Starfield gameplay has been uploaded online, with some players throwing caution to the wind and staring defiantly in the face of Bethesda Game Studios. Recently, almost an hour of gameplay was uploaded to a small YouTube channel, with one player capturing gameplay through a device pointed at a television set – like it’s 2009 all over again.
It’s only a matter of time before the content is taken down – it’s online on YouTube at the time of writing this article – but it’s inevitably the first of many videos that’ll be uploaded as the launch of Starfield draws ever closer.
Beware: It’s a fair chunk of Starfield gameplay, but it does contain obvious spoilers.
Starfield’s Gameplay Looks Superb
We’re not saying anything to spoil the game, but even in these awkward leaks, Starfield’s gameplay looks absolutely fantastic. It’s almost impossible to notice that it’s locked to 30 FPS on the Xbox Series X|S at times, and the animations, scenery, and environments are brilliant.
That’s it – we’re saying nothing more about it.
In the video that was uploaded to YouTube, it seems like the player has somehow gotten their hands on a physical copy of the Constellation Edition – the highest-tier edition for Starfield. This is the version that comes with a storage crate that’s a replica of one found in-game, and it also gives players a real-world replica of the in-game watch device – which is basically Starfield’s Pip-Boy.
At this point, we’ll warn those eager to experience the game for themselves, first-hand – the spoilers begin now.
