Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Leak Hints at Major Cameo and Romance Subplot

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set to release later this week but it looks like one player has managed to pick up the game early and has leaked significant details to Twitter. Potential spoilers inbound.

Twitter user @KebbyPlays has somehow managed to get their hands on Jedi: Survivor as seen by the various in-game screenshots posted to their account which reveal different outfits for Cal and Hilbilly-style facial hair for the young Jedi. Further screenshots confirm that the game will run at 60fps and 1440p in performance mode, and feature new perks as well as a red lightsaber that can be unlocked. If that wasn’t enough, the user then goes on to describe various plot points that take place over the game’s last campaign. Final warning if you’re hoping to head in blind to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

KebbyPlays reveals that Jedi: Survivor will feature a significant cameo in the same vein as Darth Vader’s appearance in the finale of Fallen Order. They also hint that the game will feature some degree of romance but they don’t specify who’s involved, only responding with a Patrick Bateman nod gif when asked.

The game will also feature a relatively lengthy campaign of 25 hours which is set to play out across six planets. 2 of the planets are said to be more open while the other 3 are more linear. Coruscant does appear in the game but only for story purposes, which isn’t explorable.

Arguably the biggest mystery surrounding Jedi: Survivor is the identity of the Jedi in the Bacta tank. Apparently, this is a Jedi from the High Republic era named Dagan Gera. The character is still largely shrouded in mystery, but we know more than we did before.

Does this new information have you even more excited to play Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
