Nintendo’s Sonic X Shadow Generations store page has just gone live, and we now know the price, game size, and other details about the upcoming title. Additionally, pre-orders are live, allowing you to pre-load the game and play it as soon as it is released. Sonic X Shadow Generation arrives for Nintendo Switch on October 25, 2024.
Sonic x Shadow Generations prices vary according to the edition you purchase. The Standard Digital edition has been priced at $49.99, and the Digital Deluxe edition will cost the player $59.99. If you scroll down to the very end of the store listing, you will find the game file size, ESRB rating and other details for the game. The file size also varies according to the edition, with the standard edition at 13.1GB and the Digital Deluxe edition at 14.1 GB. The ESRB rating is Everyone10+, and players can play the title on TV, tabletop, and handheld modes.
Sonic x Shadow Standard Edition consists of only the base game, whereas the Digital Deluxe edition brings players some bonus content. In addition to the base game, players will receive additional iconic music tracks from previous Sonic and Shadow games, a Terios skin based on Shadow’s original concept, behind-the-scenes art, an extra level, Shadow Skin, which is releasing Holiday 2024, Skill points for Sonic Generations, an extra BGM pack, and a Digital Deluxe Season Pass.
