Pokémon fans continue to be treated well in 2026, with a slew of major releases celebrating the franchise’s 30th anniversary, and there are rewards to earn in Pokémon Go for completing the Pressure Rising Special Research.

The Pressure Rising Special Research Tasks in Pokémon Go are split into six different parts. However, not all parts are available immediately.

Tasks in the Pressure Rising Special Research are relatively simple, providing a host of useful rewards, although they’re not exactly going to be a game-changer.

Rewards include additional Poke Balls, Incense, and Pokémon encounters, alongside additional rewards when all tasks in a specific group are ticked off.

The table below contains all of the Special Research Tasks and their rewards. More will be added when available.

Where Are The Rest of The Pressure Rising Special Research Tasks & Rewards?

Pokémon Go will add additional Special Research Tasks to the Pressure Rising group every day during the 30th anniversary celebration that runs until March 9.

Based on the schedule and how many groups there are to complete, additional Special Research Tasks will be added every day for the six days of the event.

The daily sets of Special Research Tasks shouldn’t take too long to complete and can be ticked off without much focus. Instead, simply go about how you usually would on Pokémon Go, and the tasks will be completed in the background.
