Payday 3 Release Date Seemingly Leaked

The release date for Payday 3 has seemingly been leaked.

According to the well-known and reliable leaker Aggiornamenti Lumia, Payday 3 is set to launch on September 21, 2023.

The next installment of the heist shooter, Payday 3 takes place in New York City as the original four come out of retirement.

“Step out of retirement back into the life of crime in the shoes of the Payday Gang, the envy of their peers and the nightmare of law-enforcement wherever they go,” the game’s description reads. “Several years after the crew’s reign of terror over Washington DC has ended, they assemble once again to deal with the threat that roused them out of early retirement.”

With a number of gaming events taking place over the next week, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see something official announced during one of them. Possibly as soon as Summer Games Fest on June 8 as it lines up with Starbreeze Studios’ promise to show a first look at gameplay this summer.

Payday 3 is in development utilizing the Unreal Engine and will be available for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
