Elden Ring is Coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025

Elden Ring has been announced to be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 sometime in 2025.

The announcement came via the Nintendo Direct, which is a one hour presentation focusing on the Nintendo Switch 2.

It’s trailer announcement concluded by saying that the Elden Ring Tarnished Edition will be available for the platform in 2025. There was no announcement of Elden Ring: Nightreign coming to the Nintendo Switch 2.

Elden Ring received universal acclaim when it released in February 2022 and went on to sell 13.4 million copies by the end of March 2022, later going on to sell 28.6 million units by September 2024.

Nintendo Switch 2 launches on June 5, 2025.
