Marvel Rivals Costume Colour Customisation is a Paid Feature

Marvel Rivals recently announced a new Costume Colour Customisation feature for the title; however, the feature will cost you money.

Marvel Rivals Costume Colour Customisation Costs $6

As spotted by Kotaku, Marvel Rivals’ new post on X (formerly Twitter) provides players with pricing information for the Costume Colour Customisation feature. Players need 600 Unstable Molecules to unlock the customisation for a particular costume. To obtain 600 Unstable Molecules, players will need to exchange 600 Lattice at a 1:1 rate. 600 Lattice will cost the player $0.99 per 100 Lattice.

Marvel Rivals players must first obtain the costume they want customised; the feature is only available for specific costumes. The colour customisation will be reflected in the character’s Intro Animation, MVP and Emote. Moreover, the developers have promised more ways to acquire Unstable Molecules from Season 3 of the title. Players can choose between Plasma Pulse, Phantom Purple, Winter’s Wrath and Rosy Resilience as the colour options.

Marvel Rivals Costume Colour Customisation arrives with Version 20250415, which also introduces Doctor Strange’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Bundle and Peni Parker’s Yatsukahagi Bundle. Interested players can check out the fixes for all platforms, changes to heroes, and PC-specific changes in the official patch notes

In other news, Marvel Rivals is coming soon with a Swimsuit Special. Also, almost half the players who quit Overwatch have jumped to NetEase’s latest hero shooter.
