In Beast of Reincarnation, staying healthy is the key to staying alive. That might sound obvious, but ‘health’ can mean making sure you’re fed, that Koo is used properly, and that you have enough Stimpacks to keep you going in a fight.
With that being said, you’ll want to know early how to get more Stimpacks in Beast of Reincarnation, as you only start with three. The good news is, you can unlock more. The bad news is, you’ll need to grind a little to get them.
Here’s how to get more Stimpacks in Beast of Reincarnation.
Find More Stimpacks in Beast of Reincarnation
When you start playing Beast of Reincarnation, you’ll notice that you can heal by tapping up on the d-pad, which will see Emma use one Stimpack. These items are indicated by the green injector-looking symbols alongside your health bar in the bottom-left of the screen.
However, starting with three might not seem like many, particularly when you need to tackle the Nushi, the game’s toughest, multi-stage bosses.
Fortunately, you can unlock more Stimpacks.
To get more Stimpacks in Beast of Reincarnation, you’ll need to find Dragon Vein Shrines all over the game world. They’re indicated by a shrine symbol on the map and in the game’s UI, and when you get close enough to them, Koo will sniff them out and highlight them.
The better Koo’s detection abilities are, the further away you’ll identify the shrines from.
By interacting with these shrines, you’ll unlock more Stimpacks permanently, but you need to find lots to maximize your Stimpacks.
For praying at the first shrine, which arrives in the first two or three hours of play, you’ll unlock one extra Stimpack. The next additional Stimpack in your arsenal won’t arrive until you’ve found another ten Dragon Vein Shrines. You can unlock three additional tiers of Stimpacks, maximizing your stock at six, and there are abilities and such along the way that’ll improve their efficacy.
