An Xbox Wire news post has declared a Hollow Knight: Silksong demo for Gamescom 2025.
In the words of Xbox: “This year, the Xbox booth will be full of fantastic upcoming games from Xbox and our incredible third-party partners coming to Xbox, PC, and Game Pass this Holiday and beyond – and yes, that includes Hollow Knight: Silksong.“
The bulletin goes on to say: “Players can go hands-on with games including Hollow Knight: Silksong,” and this is the first playable public appearance for Team Cherry’s long-awaited Metroidvania follow-up.
Insider Gaming will be at Gamescom, and I’ll be one of the many people happily (and impatiently) waiting in line to get a taster of Silksong. It was only recently that the game’s website received a big update. This is also amid rumors that Silksong is still to be released before the end of Summer 2025.
