God of War Ragnarök Valhalla Expansion Announced at The Game Awards

A new God of War Ragnarök expansion dubbed ‘Valhalla’ has been announced at The Game Awards at will launch on December 12, 2023.

The new expansion will be free. You can watch the trailer below:

“Embark with Kratos to Valhalla on a deeply personal and reflective journey towards a future he never thought possible. Master challenges of mind and body on an unraveling adventure that blends the beloved combat from God of War Ragnarök with brand new elements inspired by the roguelite genre.” the official expansion description reads.

The expansion has been rumored for several months and according to the rumours, it will be somewhat similar to Spider-Man Miles Morales.

God of War Ragnarök received universal acclaim on its release and as of September 2023 has sold 11 million units.
