Ghost of Yotei has shown off the final trailer for Sucker Punch’s historical action-adventure ahead of its upcoming launch.
Releasing on October 2nd, the game is set to be one of 2025’s biggest titles. Leading up to release, the Ghost of Tsushima sequel has shown off a lot of gameplay, especially combat. Reviews for the game are already out, with an 87 on Metacritic, with many fans excited to start trekking into Yotei as soon as possible. Until then, a new launch trailer is out that’s sure to tide players over.
Ghost of Yotei’s Final Trailer Details Atsu’s Motivation
In the trailer, seen above, we see protagonist Atsu continuing her journey of revenge against the Yotei Six. As previous gameplay has shown, she’ll have many weapons at her disposal, like the katana and kusarigama. We do get some more story this time around, as well as seeing the villainous Yotei Six. In addition, we get a bit more on Atsu and her motivation to take down those who did her family and her wrong, no matter the cost.
Seeing how Ghost of Tsushima succeeded in 2020, it’s possible Yotei could follow the same path. It’s clear that Sucker Punch is dedicated to delivering an even better experience and making the best possible entry. While reviews have been mostly positive, fans can no doubt expect to go on yet another joy ride in historical Japan.
