When do you all expect the PS6 to launch?

As the title says, when do you all expect the PS6 to launch? We all know it's in development (as usually these things take time to plan out and produce) but with the launch of the PS5 Pro next month it'd be a bit fun to speculate when the PS6 to launch. Personally I think it'll be in 2028 or so with the longest gap between PlayStation console launches due to COVID pushing games back, games taking longer and waiting longer to justify and able to do a stronger console that lasts 10 or so years for a PS7 (if that still happens and Cloud doesn't take over shortly in the 2030s).

What's everyone else's feelings and takes?

Hope it's around 2028 cause much sooner than that and this gen will have cemented itself as very watered down.

2028 seems about right. I hear they have 2 SKUs planned and I really hope they don't launch it with a "budget" alternative.
I think the series S held back this generation a lot.

My vote is 2028. With the Pro coming out so close to 2025, it makes sense 3 years later to start pushing the PS6.

It sounds like around 2028-2029 from what did leak so far... Which makes sense. But you never know what might happen tbh... But yeah I think we're like half-way through this generation so it won't be too many years before the PS6 is out since leaks/rumors about it has already started been spread about it on X, YouTube etc.
