Likely a big nothing. Some recent bad press which would undoubtedly take away from any TGS presentation planned (Japanese focused event after all!)

While this sounds like a delay I can't think Ubisoft is able to afford it. They need a big success (sales-wise).

They aren't its been in development since 2020 they aren't showing anything new until late October early November before the game releases on the 15th

Gee, wonder why this racist game, that is super disrespectful to the Japanese, was pulled from the Tokyo show? Can't hide it forever ubislop! The Japanese youtubers I watch, have already pulled apart the miserable trailer, something egregious every 2 seconds! Crazy!
