I was looking at a few releases on Discogs and noticed the YouTube videos section. I usually ignore it, but sometimes there are some pretty interesting uploads there, especially old live performances or TV appearances that I wouldn't have found myself.
It also got me thinking about how people actually watch those YouTube links. Some people prefer the regular YouTube experience, while others look for alternatives such as a YouTube Premium APK when they want things like ad-free viewing, background play, or offline playback. I recently came across YTModz, which focuses specifically on YouTube Premium APK versions, so I was curious whether anyone here has tried something like that for watching music-related uploads.
Do other people actually use the YouTube links when checking out a release, or do you mostly just use Discogs for the release information and collection stuff?
Also, have you ever found a really good or rare performance through one of the YouTube links on a release page?
