The Chrono Break trademark was recently renewed on February 12, 2024 from a studio rumored to possible be affiliated with Square Enix.

The entity is question is "Seruao Co. Ltd." Among other filings include a "Final Kismet" and a "SeruaoSoft". There are a few filings for the 'Final Kismet' and 'SeruaoSoft' after the initial filing; likely commercial. The first "Final Kismet" mark was composed in a somewhat modified Runic MT Condensed font similar to Final Fantasy, along with kana "ファイナルキスメット"
