Good news. As I know that there is indeed ways to prevent this as these spambots can get very bad as I've been a moderator on several forums where in at least 2-3 of them so was it VERY bad so yes this does indeed need to be taken care of it ASAP!

Can't open Yeez's link on the first post but I'm assuming it's gotta be the same guy since it's Chinese characters again.
Maybe a ban is a appropriate now to that guy don't you think so too?

Like I said, we are actively trying to work on a solution. We are testing various things to see which one sticks

I think they’re coming from various user names as I deleted/banned a spam bot yesterday.
If I see them first I can continue to clear them out while the admin works on a full proof fix.

Could IP ban work?
When Solo banned the guy, he probably just makes a new account to the same thing again.
I keep seeing the same **** that guy posts like it's all Chinese characters & sometimes it's about school exam or whatever lol
Sometimes it's 2 guys.
Nevertheless on behalf of everyone just wanna give appreciation to the mod teams & admins for policing these guys.

Yes we actually are able to ban the user and IP address at the same time. Thanks for the shoutout

It should work yes as we mods/admins do IP ban every spambot, troll etc. But they can always use a VPN kind of service or ask their ISP to give them a new IP and comeback this way with a new usermame, e-mail etc. But well all we can do so far is keep banning them so feel free to @ me or any other mod/admin here!Could IP ban work?

We do IP ban but VPNs. We think we have a solution that we are testing this weekCould IP ban work?
