Will be interesting to see how a MP game stemming from an established single player franchise performs, especially with recent and future live service stuff from PlayStation not having the best reception...

Horizon multiplayer sounds intriguing but seems like it'd work more co-op PvE than PvP?

Yeah I am good... I'll wait for Horizon 3 and not an Online game smh :/
 
They're REALLY pushing Horizon. Like I get it, the games are fine but I feel like Sony are desperate to make Horizon "happen" like a Last of Us or Ghost of Tsushima and idk what it is but for me it just isn't that series.

I'd actually be more interested to see Geurilla go back to Killzone

Idk why but I never liked horizon for some reason like I always tried to like it but never felt the same feeling.. Probably the only game where I tried to like it but yeah.
 
Honestly, I'm sorry for Guerrilla that they only stayed with Horizon as an IP and don't have any other games planned, I understand that the IP sold and probably became very important for Sony, but I think that forcing it everywhere doesn't make them any more well, personally I'm a fan of Horizon, but the next game that I hope will close the series will be the last one that I will buy no matter what comes out, I want something else from them.

I think Guerrilla should have Atleast tried with their earlier IP, How many people have played Resistance. Surely it’s low then Horizon but At that time the gaming platform was small compared what it is now. Atleast trying something new with their old IP is I think what PlayStation needs to try. Ofc sticking to a good IP is also good like Ghost Series, God Of war and Last of us and continuing to expand on them is also great but revisiting and reviving some of the OLD IP is also important but continuing to stick on one IP is just getting ridiculous and repetitive and I don’t think Horizon Franchise isn’t dying or dropping any time soon.

I think you actually mean the Killzone series, Resistance belongs to Insomniac, but yes, Killzone would still be a better option than Horizon for diversity. I really like the idea of Ghost, which does not offer a direct continuation, but a change of region , of the period and where there can be a lot of diversity, God of War is also a very well thought out Nordic series where you don't get bored at all even if it's the same IP, unfortunately Horizon as interesting as the universe is I'm afraid you'll end up too suffocated by so many games without bringing notable changes, that's why I want Horizon 3 to be the last game I buy and to try something else because Guerrilla with DECIMA can do amazing things.
