Just 1 controller right bro? But it's gonna be 1TB if I'm not mistaken . PS4's got only 500GB & I had to buy 1TB external drive because how massive games to install. It's tough to delete & reinstall too because I don't have that fast internet lol

No not this version of the PS5 Pro but the 30th anniversary PS5 Pro will have a stand, 2 controllers (DualSense and DualSense Edge as in the DualSense Pro controller which got released a long time ago), the charging station, a charging cable kind of looking like the PS1 cable, some stickers, cable ties, 2 TB's of NVME M.2 SSD storage, Wi-Fi 7, better CPU/GPU, faster RAM speed, an extra cover if you want to add a Blu-Ray disc drive later on and some other nice things!
But yes the regular PS5 Pro has 1 controller, 2 TB's of NVME M.2 SSD, Wi-Fi 7 and the above mentioned specifications minus the extra controller and the whole 30th anniversary stuff including the plates and controller with the gray (grey) color like what the PS1 console had and its controller.
And remember you can always upgrade it with another 500 GB (It can't be under 500 GB's or slower than the built-in NVME M.2 SSD though), 1 TB, 2 TB's, 4 TB's or even 8 TB's of internal storage later on... And maybe so will Sony make it possible to be over 8 TB's... But I think having 10 TB's of storage is more than enough lol besides yes been able to also use an external HDD or SDD as well that I do imagine can be 4 TB's or maybe also 8 TB's like the one you can install into the place where an internal one can be put.
Well I think that's all you need to know so far... But @ me if there's anything else!

Saw that 30th anniv limited time PS5 too dude in another thread that indeed looks awesome but yeah the goodies like the extra controller, stand, etc. are gonna be worth it so much.

Just add bundles regular RRP all together and that you can expect and maybe extra 10-20%. I would guess 1099$
No only the PS5 Slim 30th anniversary bundle or well console leaked and it'll be $550 and the controller if you want another one is $80. So I'm going to assume that the PS5 Pro 30th anniversary bundle will be between $1000-$1300... And I really hope it's not more than that hopefully!
And yeah I hope so man... I really hope that I can get it in 2 days!
