Fortnite’s huge collab with The Simpsons has kicked off, and there is plenty to enjoy, including a free Kang and Kodos Glider that can be claimed during the event.
The Simpsons takeover in Fortnite has revamped the Fortnite Island into Springfield, coming with a stacked Battle Pass full of rewards and the long-awaited addition of Sidekicks into the game.
The mini-season also has free rewards available to claim in the form of a Kang and Kodos Glider, only available for a limited time, so we’ve got all the details on how to claim the freebie.
How to Get Free Fortnite Simpsons Kang & Kodos Glider
The free Simpsons Kang & Kodos Glider in Fortnite is unlocked by connecting your Epic Games account to your MyDisney account.
Both accounts are free to own and don’t require paying for a subscription, so there’s no reason to hold off connecting them—especially as the process to claim the free Glider is very simple. We’ve outlined the steps below.
- Log in to your Epic Games account.
- On the left panel, select ‘Apps and Accounts’.
- Scroll down to find the MyDisney account.
- Log in to your MyDisney account to complete the process.
If you miss out on the free glider, it may return to the Item Shop available for purchase in the future, so the door won’t be closed entirely. However, it’s best to take advantage of the free distribution while you can.
When is The Free Fortnite Simpsons Kang & Kodos Glider Available Until?
The free Kang & Kodos Simpsons Glider in Fortnite is available to claim until February 28, 2026.
Similar to the free Stormtrooper skin available earlier this year, the Kang & Kodos Glider is only available for a limited time. However, there’s still plenty of time to add the free cosmetic to your account before it disappears.
It’s also worth remembering that you may not get the reward immediately upon connecting your account, particularly if you connect soon after the start of The Simpsons season, or if you’re already connected. As stated in the Fortnite blog, those with an existing connection will receive the reward before November 16.
