First Look At Mortal Kombat 1 Gameplay

The first look at Mortal Kombat 1 gameplay has been revealed.

During the Summer Games Fest showcase on Thursday afternoon, fans got their first taste of what Mortal Kombat 1 has to offer.

The gameplay gives a look at the game’s fighting, fatalities, and some of the game’s story. Fighters shown in the video include Sub Zero, Scorpion, Raiden, Liu Kang, Kitana, Kenshi, Mileena, and more.

“Do not mistake serenity for weakness,” the video’s description reads. “Chaos will be snuffed out with unrelenting force. A new era is upon us.”

With the game being a reboot with a new timeline, it was revealed that Sub Zero and Scorpion are brothers among other changes in the universe created by Fire God Liu Kang.

Mortal Kombat 1 launches September 19 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
