Fall Guys x Star Wars Crossover Adding Darth Maul & More Next Week

In a new trailer released today, Mediatonic announced a new Star Wars collaboration is coming to Fall Guys on July 30, 2024.

The crossover will feature Darth Maul, Padme Amidala, Yoda, and R2-D2. Like previous collaborations, today’s cinematic trailer for the new characters makes it clear that the upcoming content requires in-game purchases.

While Mediatonic did not confirm the exact pricing, fans can likely speculate based on past crossovers.

Previously, Fall Guys focused on the original trilogy for May the 4th this year with characters like Captain Han Solo and Boba Fett.

There were also additions specifically based on The Empire Strikes Back, such as a Carbon Freezing Chamber. Today’s cinematic trailer didn’t hint at similar content for the prequel era, though it did hint at some possible emotes.

The new crossover does suggest even more Star Wars collaborations could arrive in the future, such as sequel trilogy or series-based content.

Most recently, Fall Guys finally released its delayed collaboration in Fortnite for the major v30.30 update, welcoming many new fans to the game.

Fortnite players can now build Fall Guys islands with UEFN and Fortnite Creative. Fans can publish those islands beginning August 6, 2024.

Just today, publisher Epic Games also unveiled its new plans for mobile gaming, ahead of its return to the iOS store in the EU.
