As part of the release of Riftbound’s third set, Riftbound: Unleashed, Insider Gaming has an exclusive card to reveal, and it is not just a unit but an absolute unit.
Revna the Lorekeeper joins the Trading Card Game as a versatile Fury Rune (Red) Common card to help you conquer and hold your battlefields.
Introducing: Revna the Lorekeeper
Revna the Lorekeeper is a 7 Might Freljord Unit, with Ganking, allowing Revna to move from battlefield to battlefield. Revna the Lorekeeper also has an ability that allows the player to ready the card when exhausted when you spend 4 or more on a spell.
The combination of those aspects makes this card a formidable foe when it comes to controlling battlefields, as the strongly-statted unit can move from battlefield to battlefield with ganking.
That comes with a price, however, with the player needing to have 7 Energy available, additionally requiring the player to recycle one Fury Rune to play.
The good news is that Revna the Lorekeeper is a common card, so you should have plenty of opportunity to get your hands on it when the new set arrives globally on May 8.
Riftbound: Unleashed – Revna the Lorekeeper stats:
- Domain: Fury Rune (Red)
- Type: Unit, Freljord
- Might: 7
- Energy: 7
- Power: 1 (Fury Rune must be recycled)
- Abilities: Ganking (I can move from battlefield to battlefield)
– When you play a spell, if you spent 4 or more, ready me. - Flavor text: “Nothing spots us! Not cold, not death!”

Rifbound: Unleashed new mechanics explained
Riftbound: Unleashed brings with it familiar League of Legends champs, with Champion Legends Kha’Zix, Lillia, Diana, and Ivern all featuring in the new set.
The third set of Rifbound also adds new mechanics: Ambush, XP, and Hunt.
Cards with Ambush can be played as a reaction to a battlefield where you have units, meaning Revna’s ability to move across battlefields may give a tactical advantage to your Ambush cards.
XP is a resource that can be used when built up. XP also corresponds to Levels on specific cards, which can benefit from being a higher Level.
Cards with Hunt will earn XP when they conquer or hold a battlefield, enabling your other XP mechanic cards.
Riot Games also revealed ‘Ultimate’ rarity cards, which are overnumbered cards that appear in less than 1% of packs.
For Riftbound: Unleashed, players can open the Ultimate Rare, Baron Nashor card.
