The Mega Dimension DLC added a host of new Pokémon to Pokémon Legends: Z-A, many of which have unique evolution methods, and Galarian Farfetch’d is one of those requiring extra attention to evolve into Sirfetch’d.
Making its debut in Generation 8, Galarian Farfetch’d is different to the original Kanto form, which did not have an evolution, and makes a return in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, bringing its unique evolution mechanic with it.

How to Evolve Galarian Farfetch’d Into Sirfetch’d
Evolving Galarian Farfetch’d into Sirfetch’d in Pokémon Legends: Z-A requires a unique mechanic of dealing three critical hits in a single battle using the Pokémon.
The mechanic is the same as it was in Pokémon Sword and Shield, where Galarian Farfetch’d and Sirfetch’d made their debut, but, even if you played that generation of the franchise, it can be difficult to remember. Thankfully, there are ways to boost the chances of securing the critical hits required.
Handing Farfetch’d a Leek increases the critical hit chance of attacks in battle, and the item is easy to obtain as it is purchasable from the small shop next to the Jaune Pokémon Center. Also, make sure the Galarian Farfetch’d you want to evolve knows the move Slash, which has an increased chance of landing a critical hit.
As all three critical hits need to happen in the same battle, try to take on Pokémon that have the ability to sustain themselves in a fight and won’t be knocked out by several attacks. Facing off against Rock and Steel Pokémon is a decent option, as Normal attacks are not very effective against them, but beware of Rock attacks that could cause your Farfetch’d problems.
It’s unclear whether taking on multiple Pokémon in one go counts towards the evolution mechanic, so a safe bet is to focus on one Pokémon. Trainer battles may come in handy for this, particularly if the opposing Pokémon are a higher level inside Hyperspace Lumiose.
