Where to Sell Items in Dragon’s Dogma 2

While playing through Dragon’s Dogma 2, if you’re anything like me, you’ll wind up with one too many crafting items, dropped swords, or armor pieces. You don’t need these items, but you can’t leave them behind, right? Here is where to sell items in Dragon’s Dogma 2!

Where to Sell in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Whether you’re trying to scrape together enough gold for a new armor set or because your inventory is weighing you down, learning where to sell in Dragon’s Dogma 2 can keep you in the fight and on your journey. You can sell items to any vendor in the game, no matter the item, and I haven’t found that specific vendors, like weapon merchants, will give more gold for weapons. Even the potion merchant will purchase swords and plate armor without a care in the world.

You’ll have many crafting and enhancement items in Dragon’s Dogma 2. For example, you should walk away with plenty of horns by slaying a handful of ambushing goblins. You won’t need these yet, so I recommend selling unwanted or unusable crafting items to purchase better equipment. You can always come back and farm goblins for their resources down the road.

Should You Sell Weapons and Armor in Dragon’s Dogma 2?

As you explore the world, you’ll occasionally loot weapons and armor in Dragon’s Dogma 2—typically from chests. Typically, the weapons and armor you purchase from vendors in Vernworth will prove stronger and more capable in a fight.

You don’t have to play in this manner, but I recommend selling unwanted items for gold to upgrade your gear. For instance, a durable suit of armor on a Fighter makes a difference in your survivability. As does a mighty sword on your hip!
