In a bit of a surprise at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2023, Blizzard released a trailer for Diablo 4: Season 2.
Releasing October 17, Season 2 is set to be called the “Season of Blood”. The new season features a new questline, new “vampiric powers”, and five new end-game bosses.
Currently, the game is in its first season known as Season of the Malignant. Season 1 began on July 20. Each season is slated to last about three months.
