Fortnite Crew is now included as a membership perk with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from November 18, 2025, and we’ve got all the details on how to claim the membership.
How to Claim Fortnite Crew With Xbox Game Pass
Fortnite Crew is automatically claimed with an Xbox Game Pass membership, as long as you are subscribed to the Ultimate tier.
Those with a subscription on the Essential, Premium, or PC Game Pass tier will not be able to claim the bonus as part of their membership. Instead, it will need to be purchased separately, or your subscription tier with Game Pass will need to be increased.
If you are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, your Fortnite Crew membership should be activated automatically, but you need to ensure you have followed these initial steps.
- Log in to the Epic Games website with your account.
- Open the Account menu from the top-right corner.
- Select the ‘Linked Accounts’ option.
- Click the link button beneath ‘Xbox Network’.
- Sign in to your Xbox account.
- Confirm you want to link the two accounts.
If your accounts are already connected, Fortnite Crew should be automatically available as part of your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
Do You Need to Cancel an Existing Fortnite Crew Subscription?
No, if you are an existing subscriber to Fortnite Crew and have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, you shouldn’t need to manually cancel your subscription to Fortnite Crew, as it should be done automatically.
However, it’s worth checking before the next payment date for Fortnite Crew to ensure you’re not paying for the service you are entitled to receive for free.
