Experience
A significant portion of the progression in Taonga relies on acquiring experience to level up.
You unlock additional items, buildings, and islands to explore as you level.

You will earn experience by ploughing farm plots, watering crops, harvesting crops, collecting crafted items and collecting sea life on the beach.
You can also earn by opening treasure chests, completing daily tasks, finishing food orders, working on the Yacht, and from the Wheel of Fortune.

Florins

Growth Elixirs
While buying everything you need from the shop is nice, unlocking the ability to speed up production entirely is beyond beneficial.
How much of the game revolves around farming and crafting queue times cannot be understated.
With Growth Elixirs, one of the rare Taonga rewards found in treasure chests, you can speed up crops, animals, and saplings.
The best thing about growth elixirs is that they eliminate the wait time for production items.
Even if you have, say, an hour left, an elixir will allow you to harvest the item automatically.
The Natural Grotto
The Natural Grotto is one of the only building rewards in the game. It stems from finishing the Island of the Marvelous Oasis.
However, its benefits prove relatively minor overall. They focus on strength restoration.
At level one, the Natural Grotto restores 50 points of strength.
Every level after that increases the regeneration by +5, and the whole structure recharges once every 30 minutes.
This game doesn’t shy away from giving players rewards. You earn them from just about every activity.
It’s just a matter of using them properly and not wasting time. After all, efficiency is the name of the game here!
