According to a new report by IGN, Boss Team Games is working on two new titles based on the classic Halloween 1978 film. Saber Interactive announced the game would end its content cycle in September 2023.

Boss Team Games’ title in the works with Unreal Engine 5 is still “in early development.” Today’s new report also reveals that players will “relive moments from the film and play as classic characters.” IGN’s report did not offer details on the second game. Boss Team Games will develop both titles based on the beloved IP alongside Compass International Pictures and Further Front. Halloween 1978 remains a legendary horror film, and among horror games, Michael Myers did show up in Dead by Daylight.
