How to Weapon Prestige in Black Ops 7
Weapon Prestige in Black Ops 7 is activated in the Gunsmith once you have reached the maximum level with a specific weapon.
Weapon XP is earned across all game modes and is combined, so using the same gun in Multiplayer, Co-Op Campaign, Zombies, or Warzone will advance through the same unlocks. However, this does mean the reset on Prestige will also be universal.
Here’s the step-by-step process on how to Prestige a weapon in the game.
- Reach maximum level with any weapon.
- Open the Gunsmith on a weapon with a maxed level.
- Hold the necessary button to trigger Prestige—Y on Xbox, Triangle on PlayStation.
- Confirm your decision.
Once Prestige is confirmed, there is no going back and you will lose all of your unlocked Attachments, and Weapon Builds will be reset. However, you won’t lose Blueprints, Camos, Reticles, Charms, Decals, and Stickers, as these have different unlock requirements and aren’t tied to a weapon level.
All Black Ops 7 Weapon Prestige Rewards
Weapon Prestige has three levels, each providing varying and exclusive rewards that you can use to boast to other players.
Each Weapon Prestige level unlocks a new Camo, along with an additional exclusive reward, and a Permanent Unlock Token to use on an Attachment so it is always available.
The final level, Prestige Master, has four additional Camos to earn, and all Attachments are unlocked from the start. Unlike previous Prestige levels, the exclusive Camos are not unlocked immediately and are earned by progressing to specific weapon level requirements.
