The Call of Duty Black Ops 6 logo has been revealed by some newspaper advertisements ahead of its official reveal.
Although the leak does not reveal much, it does reveal that the game will be named ‘Black Ops 6’ and not ‘Black Ops VI’ or ‘Black Ops V’. Black Ops V was technically the name for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, but for whatever reason the name was changed during development.
It’s unclear what the Black Ops 6 teasers will reveal about the game, but presumably, we’ll be seeing more in the coming days. Yesterday, the first image of the game’s key art was leaked.
It’s understood that this year’s Call of Duty title, Black Ops 6, will launch in late October (presumably October 25).
The game will have an in-depth deepdive following the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9, where more details on the game will be revealed.
