Big Walk has plenty to discover, and while the main premise of the game is completing puzzles, there are secrets to uncover, including the hidden paint area for the Big Makeover achievement.
While there are an array of colors you can select for customization in Big Walk, you aren’t immediately presented with all the options, and a hidden selection of metallic colors are waiting to be found.
Whether you’re looking to jazz up your look or just want the Big Makeover achievement to fully complete the game, Insider Gaming has all the details you need.
Where is The Get Shiny Paintbrush in Big Walk?

The paintbrush and location for the Get Shiny achievement in Big Walk are hidden in the secret tunnels, unlocked with the key earned for completing the yellow tower.
Once the tunnel system has been unlocked, head to the blue tower, enter the tunnel system nearby, which will also be blue, and pick up the torch on the floor.
Follow the tunnel until you reach an area with several directions to head, and look on the floor for the marker directing you to the green tower, and follow the corresponding tunnel. When you reach the marker on the floor pointing in the opposite direction to the blue tower, take the corridor on the right, and drop down.
On the lower level, find the marker directing you to the green tower, and locate the tunnel to the right of it and head inside. When you reach the green section, take the red tunnel on the left, and follow it all the way across the green bridge.
Once the bridge has been crossed, you’ll enter a red structure inside a purple area. Drop down as far as you can on the right, and head into the purple area ahead of you. Follow the path down, and you’ll find a color palette and a paintbrush, with three new metallic colors to use.
How to Use The Shiny Paintbrush in Big Walk
The Shiny Paintbrush in Big Walk works the same way as a standard paintbrush, but the location does have three new colors to customize your character.
Three metallic color options are available in the secret tunnels, all of which are on the same color palette, but you won’t be able to utilize this alone.
Instead, much like when you initially colored your character, you’ll need another player with you to provide a fresh splash of paint, and only when at least one part of your body has been painted a metallic color does the Big Makeover achievement unlock.
While it’s not required to achieve the full ending of Big Walk, it is one of the harder achievements in the game to tick off for 100% completion.
