It hasn’t even been a week since Bandai Namco released Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, and we already have a plethora of mods to try out. If you are already done trying out the title’s various game modes and content, there are some great mods out there that you can use to add a layer of excitement to your gameplay. This guide will highlight some of the best Dragon Ball Sparking Zero mods available right now.

UTOC Signature Bypass Patch
The UTOC Signature Bypass Patch is integral to installing Dragon Ball Sparking Zero mods. This file allows players to modify the game to load new pak/utoc/ucas files without needing a .sig file. Learn more about it in the how-to-install guide.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Sparking Zero San Andreas Mods
One of the first things the modding community does for any game that releases is bringing CJ to the title, but a whole set of San Andreas content has arrived for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. There’s a CJ on Goku mod that replaces all Goku variants on the character selection screen with Goku. There’s a Big Smoke (Vegeta) mod, which does the same as the previous mod for Vegeta.
Lastly, there’s a Big CJ on Gogeta Mod, which means you can fuse CJ and Big Smoke to get Big CJ. If you want to take it a step higher, there’s also a Grove Street mod, which brings the iconic virtual street to Dragon Ball Sparking Zero as an arena.

Sparking Zero Character Mods
Modders have also added other characters to Dragon Sparking Zero, such as Luffy Gear 5 on Piccolo, Kratos on Broly Z, Donkey Kong as Vegeta Ape, Buff Winnie as Broly Super and a classic, and Shrek as Toppo.
Then, some mods can change the appearance of existing characters, such as putting Teen Gohan in Goku’s Gi through the Gohan (Bojack Movie) mod or giving Trunks his hair colour back with the DBS Trunks with Purple Hair mod. Modders have something for the Dragon Ball Super Manga fans, too, thanks to Moro and Granola mods for Sparking Zero.

Let’s Fight Somewhere Else (LFSE)
Let’s Fight Somewhere Else (LFSE) is a mod that allows players to access maps they cannot normally fight in Sparking Zero, such as the ones showcased in the story mode, cutscenes, and menus. To access these maps, players must click left on Namek or right on Destroyed Namek on the map selection screen to open a ‘Custom’ tab. This will open a text field that players can type in to check out the maps. Here’s the list.

- Map500 – Kame House
- Map800 – Space

Sparking Zero Performance Mods
Performance Enhancer—Unlock Framerate is a Dragon Ball Sparking Zero mod that removes the game’s 60fps limit and enables Temporal Upscaling (TAAU) for better performance. The mod also disables Chromatic Aberration and has an option to disable Bloom.
For players using an Ultrawide Monitor, this Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Ultrawide mod is just for you. After installation, the FOV will adjust automatically for players and work in online game modes.

Budokai Tenkaichi Collection
For players who want that nostalgic trip back to the past, check out the Budokai Tenkaichi-themed mods for the game. The first is DBZ BT3 Music – OST Mod, which imports all the songs from the American version of Budokai Tenkaichi 3 into Sparking Zero.
Next is the Budokai Tenkaichi 4 Logo on the Main Menu; this mod does exactly what the title says, replacing the Sparking Zero main menu logo.
The third one is BT 3 Roster Art, which will change Sparking Zero’s character selection menu to add the artwork from Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Other Sparking Zero Mods
Complete Save File is a mod that will provide players with “the most up-to-date save file”. The Sparking Zero save file will include a completed story mode, a fully unlocked roster, and 100% proficiency for all characters. However, this will not provide you with titles. It is a great mod for players who do not want to grind in the game.
If you are too good at the game or want your battles to last longer, check out the Character HP x2 mod. It will double the health of almost all the characters in the game, making them more durable and allowing players to beat them down even longer.
Character Selection Screen Revamped—Official HD Artwork is a mod that will revamp your character selection screen and feature high-definition versions of the official artwork.
