Hellraiser: Revival has many locked storage units. Each one requires you to deduce clues in the environment, but sometimes it’s just about finding them. The game’s second main lock is hidden nearby, and the solution is quite easy.
If you’re playing Hellraiser: Revival for the first time, I encourage you to explore everywhere and acquire all possible items. It makes the game much easier and improves your chances of seeing the ending. You’ll encounter the second keypad lock in the game’s early hours, and the answer is a wet one.
Locked Second Keypad Near Bath Code Solution in Hellraiser: Revival

9891 is the answer to Hellraiser’s second four-digit keypad.
If you’re someone who doesn’t care what the answer is or how it came to be, that’s fine. Simply enter 9891 into the keypad, and watch as the lights go green, the doors fling open, and you can grab the items and free goodies from within.

How to Find Answer For Locked Keypad Near Bath in Hellraiser: Revival

The solution for keypad number two is on a dead body floating in the nearby bathtub, as the victim has the four numbers tattooed on their skin.
You’ll find that most Hellraiser: Revival keypads won’t ask you to go too far to find the right answer. That’s the case here, as the solution is in the bathtub you’ll have most likely passed on the way here.
As it was early on in the game, I actually ended up leaving this puzzle altogether, suspecting the solution to be further on. But if I’d gone too much further on, I would have been locked out of it.
I spotted the bathtub initially, but didn’t go right up to it. If you do, you’ll spot the tattoo, the numbers, and the code solution is simply the numbers from top to bottom!
