According to early views of Ubisoft’s own YouTube premiere trailer for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the game’s release date is possibly November 15, 2024.
Ubisoft recently announced that Assassin’s Creed Shadows will get its first trailer on May 15, unveiling at 9 AM pacific time.
The upcoming trailer is currently sitting in wait using YouTube’s premiere feature. In the premiere’s trailer description, it seemed that Ubisoft itself suggested the game will be available in November.
In a new post on Twitter, users @Wario64 and @Andreaalex2001 captured an image of this apparent slip-up.
However, the November release date is hardly concrete. It’s still possible that the date in the trailer description simply amounts to human error. It may have intended to refer to the trailer’s release on May 15 instead of November 15.
But Ubisoft did completely remove the text, implying the date is in fact legitimate. If so, the date could appear in the upcoming cinematic trailer.
Ubisoft has previously confirmed release dates in other game trailers. This included the August release date for Star Wars Outlaws.
Recent reports suggest that Assassin’s Creed Shadows won’t be available on last-gen consoles. Further, a dataminer recently gave fans a glimpse at the game’s season pass and DLC prices.
At this time, Ubisoft has not officially confirmed a release date for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, previously known as “Red.” Ubisoft plans to reveal more about the game during its Ubisoft Forward in June.
