Embark Studios has released what might be the most impressive ARC Raiders skin ever, called the Azimuth Outfit. It’s reminiscent of Splinter Cell’s Sam Fisher or Call of Duty’s Roze skin, if you remember those, and it’s taking the extraction shooter by storm. That’s mostly because it’s completely free to unlock, but how do you get the Azimuth skin?
In around one hour, you can unlock both the Azimuth Outfit in ARC Raiders and the Archaeologist Backpack to boot. Below, I’ve got the full guide you’ll need to walk away with this skin as quickly as possible.
How to Unlock Azimuth Skin in The Finals (for ARC Raiders)
To unlock the Azimuth Outfit in ARC Raiders, you’ll need to download The Finals. This is Embark Studios’ free-to-play first-person arena shooter, and it’s a brilliant game in itself.
Once you’ve downloaded The Finals, you’ll need to log in using the same Embark account you use to connect to ARC Raiders. This is a necessary step, as it ensures Embark’s systems know which ARC Raiders profile will deserve the awesome Azimuth Outfit.
When you’re all set up, check out the challenges you need to complete to unlock the Azimuth Outfit in ARC Raiders:
- Get 100 kills or assists
- Revive teammates 15 times
- Earn 150,000 cash in any game mode
That sounds easy enough, right? In reality, it’ll take around an hour to complete these challenges, so make sure you’re ready for a grind.
To earn cash in The Finals, you simply need to play. You accumulate cash as you play any mode, so as you explore the game, get your kills, and revive your teammates, you’ll naturally rack up the dollars.
Once you’ve ticked those boxes, you can head back to ARC Raiders to collect your Azimuth skin, but be warned: it can take up to 24 hours for the outfit to appear in your ARC Raiders inbox, in the top-right of the screen.
Oh, and it gets better. After July 30 (the cutoff for unlocking the Azimuth Outfit in ARC Raiders), the playing field will flip, and you’ll be able to play ARC Raiders to get the same outfit in The Finals. Neat!
