Marvel Rivals Reveals Esports Team Deadpool Skins

Marvel Rivals is releasing Deadpool skins for all 12 of the game’s partnered esports teams as a way to support its competitive scene.

After the first-ever Marvel Rivals Ignite last year, NetEase is looking to boost the game’s esports scene with the second iteration of the series of tournaments starting soon with the Marvel Rivals Ignite Preseason Ignite esports events starting March 27.

This year, NetEase has partnered with 12 global esports organisations, with each receiving team-themed content sold in-game and “comprehensive support” from the publisher.

Just before Preseason starts, NetEase will release ‘Partnered Team Bundles’ with the Deadpool skins and other cosmetic items themed around these Marvel Rivals esports teams.

The bundles will directly support esports teams, as money generated from the sales will be split amongst the partner organisations.

What Are The Marvel Rivals Partner Team Bundles?

The Partner Team Bundles will release in-game in Marvel Rivals on March 26 at 19:00 PT/22:00 EDT, a day before each region’s Preseason tournaments begin.

The bundles will allow fans to rep their favourite esports teams with each package containing a skin of Deadpool wearing that team’s jersey, as well as a unique spray, mood, avatar, nameplate, and emoji.

Despite releasing later this week, NetEase has not yet confirmed the price for these bundles.

There will be 12 esports bundles in total, one for each partner team:

  • 100 Thieves – Americas
  • FlyQuest – Americas
  • Liquid Citadel – Americas
  • NRG Shock – Americas
  • Sentinels – Americas
  • Spacestation Gaming – Americas
  • TSM – Americas
  • Gen.G Esports – Pacific
  • REJECT – Pacific
  • Natus Vincere – EMEA
  • Team Heretics – EMEA
  • Virtus Pro – EMEA
