A major update is now live for Marvel Cosmic Invasion. The update introduces gameplay adjustments, bug fixes, and new palettes, providing more attire options for your favorite superheroes.
The update, posted on February 10, is titled “Cosmic Collabs” and adds palettes from existing Marvel games, providing additional crossover in the Marvel Universe. From the Marvel Rivals game comes new color swaps for Spider-Man and Venom.
She-Hulk and Wolverine have new color swaps from Marvel Strike Force. Marvel Future Fight gives new palettes for Captain America and Nova. They’re also new looks for Storm, Iron Man, Black Panther, and more.
New Features and Gameplay Improvements in Marvel Cosmic Invasion
The update also includes new gameplay improvements. Among the changes, heroes are now highlighted when their HP is low. The focus bar has been split to improve readability. Special damage number visuals have been changed to red to improve readability.
Additionally, they’ve adjusted the balance to certain boss fights, including Venom, Hela, and Phyla-Vell.
New Bug Fixes and More
This update also fixes a crash that occurred if Sauron attacked an enemy or anything that wasn’t a player’s hero. Also, they fixed the issue that prevented Phoenix from dealing damage if she got hit during her grab animation.
