Ryan Hurst, widely recognized for playing Opie Winston on Sons of Anarchy, was officially revealed on January 14 as the actor set to portray Kratos in the upcoming series. He’s no stranger to the series as he voiced Thor and God of War Ragnarok.

“Used to play as him. Now I get to be him. Grateful to pick up the axe, and honored by the fans who made this story legendary.”
