Digimon Story: Time Stranger has a long list of Digimon available to add to your collection, though some are harder to obtain than others and require Digi-Eggs to be unlocked.

All Digimon Story: Time Stranger Digi-Eggs
There are 10 varieties of Digi-Egg in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, all of which must be crafted in order for them to be obtained.
Materials for crafting are gathered in both the human world and digital world, so exploration is key, and you’ll also require specific Attachments for the crafting recipe. However, you can remove them from Digimon if they are already equipped to them.
Aside from that, you’ll also require a hefty amount of Yen, as each Digi-Egg requires 10,000 yen. These eggs don’t hatch either; instead, they’re used to unlock specific Digivolutions.

How to Get Digi-Eggs in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
Digi-Eggs only become available for crafting when you have unlocked Volcanusmon’s Crafting Shop via story progress in the game.
Defeating Volcanusmon during the Incoming Conflict main mission unlocks the Crafting Shop, which is then the necessary point to visit for crafting Digi-Eggs.
Once this point in the story has been met, you can freely return to Volcanusmon’s Crafting Shop at any time to craft Digi-Eggs.
