Hell Is Us has a large chunk of secret trophies and achievements, which won’t show unless manually selected, so consider this your final spoiler warning.
The secret objectives are largely related to researching items, completing puzzles, and speaking to NPCs, though it does appear that there is at least one that can be missed. For the ‘Ever After’ goal, you must ensure all possible NPCs end up at Lake Cynon.
