You Constantly Need Angelbreath in Diablo 4, So Here’s Where to Get It

Despite being one of the most accessible and entertaining ARPGs on the market today, in which you’ll spend copious amounts of time slaying demons and delving into dungeons, Diablo 4 also tasks you with gathering crafting materials as you move through zones by the bucketload. It can become a bit egregious. But they’re quite necessary. For instance, Angelbreath in Diablo 4 is a key resource you constantly need, and we will teach you where to find some!

Where to Get Angelbreath in Diablo 4

There is no specific zone in the game where you can farm copious amounts of Angelbreath in Diablo 4, but the plant does spawn all across Sanctuary. As you travel between zones, disregarding fast travel, you’ll spot the bush growing alongside paths, most commonly. But to ensure you acquire enough for crafting, here’s where to farm Angelbreath:

  • Helltide: The easiest spot to farm Angelbreath is by participating in Helltide and opening Tortured Chests. You’ll require Aberrant Cinders, which you earn by slaying demons and completing objectives within Helltide; then, you can spend anywhere from 75 to a few hundred Cinders to open chests. There’s a chance of each chest spawning Angelbreath, though it’s not guaranteed.
  • Nightmare Dungeons: When you slay an enemy or open a chest inside a Nightmare Dungeon, there’s a slight chance of receiving Angelbreath. Again, it’s not guaranteed, but if you’re farming dungeons already, there’s no harm in actively seeking out the resource.
  • Side Quests: Many of the game’s side quests reward you with various caches, some of which include Herb Caches, that drop Angelbreath. Even the item caches have a slight chance to drop crafting resources.

Why You Need a Ton of Angelbreath

The primary use for Angelbreath is to craft potent elixirs that increase stats and boost earned XP for a limited time. They typically last for 30 minutes, or until you die, then you can pop another elixir and continue farming the hordes of Hell. For now, you can craft the following potions with Angelbreath:

  • Elixir of Advantage II
  • Elixir of Cold Resistance II
  • Elixir of Destruction II
  • Elixir of Fire Resistance II
  • Elixir of Fortitude II
  • Elixir of Iron Barbs II
  • Elixir of Lightning Resistance II
  • Elixir of Poison Resistance II
  • Elixir of Precision II
  • Elixir of Resourcefulness II
  • Elixir of Shadow Resistance II
