Xbox Partner Preview Event Announced For Thursday

Microsoft has announced that it will hold its next Xbox Partner Preview event on Thursday, October 17. The event will include a mix of new and upcoming games from Xbox partner studios.

The show will take place at 10 am PT/1pm ET/6pm BST, and will air on Xbox’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

Partners confirmed for the event include SEGA, Remedy Entertainment, and 505 games. In total, Xbox says that there will be over a dozen new trailers for fans to watch. The show will also last about 25 minutes in total.

As far as games appearing during the show, only three games have been confirmed thus far. Those include Alan Wake 2 and its The Lake House expansion, Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

“As always, Xbox Partner Preview is all about sharing exciting games news from our talented partners across the globe: you’ll get new game reveals, release date announcements, and fresh new gameplay from upcoming games,” Xbox Wire Editor-In-Chief Joe Skrebels said.

Insider Gaming will have full coverage of the event, including all trailers and reveals.

I watched it earlier and yeah, they didn't but since they just had previews get posted, I can understand why it wasn't on this Partner Preview. As for the Partner Preview itself, it was decent. I go based on how many games are shown and out of those games, how many are for me. For this showcase, 15 games were shown and 3 were for me. Cronos, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza and Eternal Strands. Pirate Yakuza looks awesome and Eternal Strands gives me Immortals Fenyx Rising vibes. Need to see gameplay/combat for Cronos but it has my interest.
