Xbox has officially launched, in beta form at least, its Cloud Streaming feature the lets players stream the games they own on a variety of devices.
Before the update, cloud gaming was only available for games included in the Xbox Game Pass library. This new feature expands that option to games that may not be a part of the service.
The feature is launching with 50 games available with more to come as the weeks and months continue. For the game’s listed, players are able to stream any version of the game they own. Microsoft used the example of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition and Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can access the feature in a number of ways such as through a browser at Xbox.com/Play or via the Xbox app on supported TV’s and the Meta Quest headset.
