CS2 skin prices shape the massive virtual economy of in-game cosmetics that has existed since skins were first added to CS:GO back in 2013. The value of CS2 skins prompts players to open billions of cases and complete billions of transactions across a variety of sites.
Prices of CS2 skins can fluctuate over time, and prices vary between sites. Thankfully, there are some tools that can aid in finding prices for CS2 skins.

How to Find CS2 Skin Prices
The Steam Community Market is the most direct and easily accessible method of finding CS2 skin prices. The market interface lets players search via collection, quality, and exterior grade. Each skin’s market page also shows its price history, and the current listings for it.
If you want to compare CS2 skin prices between Steam and other third-party websites, then use the Steam Inventory Helper extension. This browser add-on will show price comparisons for a plethora of other sites, including CS.MONEY, Skinport, and Tradeit. The extension also sometimes offers the option of purchasing a skin directly through SIH itself. If a browser doesn’t support the extension, SIH also has a website.
The SIH extension also works if you’re selling items. By clicking a CS2 skin in your inventory with SIH enabled, you can view its price on other marketplaces, quickly sell it on the Steam Community Market, and view the value of any stickers applied to it.
The reason CS2 skins buy and sell for cheaper on other marketplace sites is that those sites are all competing with each other. Additionally, skins on those sites are bought and sold with real withdrawable money, and not just Steam funds locked to the platform.
